I've had a long love affair with Stereo Test Records. Stereo Test Records were freebies or ultra cheapies that you got to sonically test your new Zenith, Realistic or RCA or whoever Hi-Fi set Back in the day. They must have test Cd's but I never bothered to look.
Many of these sweet vinyl treats just have symphonies and other Klassical type tunes on both sides of the platter some have Bleeps and bloops rattle and hum tests and MHz sweeps and then some incorporate narration and have a Stereo Obstacle course on them like the one below.
I'm a Bleeps and Bloops Narration person and usually disregard the music on Side 2 of these masterpieces.
Now this particular biscuit "Stereo Sound Spectacular" and I have had a interesting relationship I like this cover [which is an Audio Fidelity imprint] the exact same package has been issued by Realistic and others hi-fi manufactures at the time.
The Record has also been issued with different cover art many times, needless to say i have many copies of this Audio Obstacle Course.
I bought it anytime i could find it which hasn't been so often that it's gotten weird if ya knowhatimean.
In Homage to both the Cover design and medium I morphed it into a Tee-Shirt design a decade ago
Here Listen to it For yourself It's a fine 20 min. of Stereo in Fact it's.........Spectacualr
Broadband or better.sorry bout that

Seeing this again months later, and still impressed with your t-shirt design. Very nice!

Thanks so much for this! For reasons I cannot explain, this LP enjoyed fairly regular rotation along with The Supremes, The Beatles and the Mary Poppins soundtrack! While we mostly listened to side one, it'd be a treat to hear side two, again.

Just googled this album and found you. Great memories--I borrowed this album from my local library when I was a kid!
Bran Van 3000 used some of the dialogue as samples throughout their Glee album. Thanks!
